Khyber Grill - Reservar uma mesa

After using the EOTHO scheme we were seated after minutes. After which we were seated it took minutes just to get menus. Thereafter, when we were ready to order we were told at that moment that there is no mix grill or anything...on that page of the menu however they were fine with us coming and ordering chops, kebabs and boti all of which make up the mixed grill. Thereafter we changed to ordering these things separately, however we were then told we can only order a maximum of starter?? For a group of we can only order starters?? I have visited this restaurant a few times and have found that the service is inconsistent. During my last visit, the chapli kebab and qabli pulao were served cold. When I politely expressed my disappointment to the cashier, he made excuses instead of apologizing. The restaurant was not busy, yet I was told that mistakes happen when it is busy. I was then told I was free to leave when I voiced my disagreement. I decided to leave with my family without eating the subpar food we were served. This restaurant is pathetic and I would advise caution if you choose to dine there.

Went to deliver an item to the shop decided to ask for a takeaway, within a few minutes my food was ready and I was on my. Very pleased considering the shop was at maximum capacity and customers waiting outside due to the governments scheme.

The food at this restaurant was exceptional. Everything was fresh and full of flavor, especially the tender and juicy lamb. I will definitely be returning for more and highly recommend this place.
