Kibo Cafe Copas - Reservar uma mesa

Coincidiendo con el Mercado de la Almendra, ese sábado había pintxo-pote en casi todos los bares del Casco Viejo. Recomendado por nuestro amigo vitoriano, entramos en el bar Kibo, en plena calle Cuchillería (o la Kutxi como dicen los vitorianos). El nombre de Kibo proviene del cráter más grande del Kilimanjaro, recientemente reabierto el bar tras unas obras de reforma el local para ponerlo mucho más moderno. En mi opinión fue uno de los bares que más me gustaron del Casco Viejo, pero no conserva su sabor, al ser tan modernito. Los pintxos estaban buenísimos, sobre todo sus bocadillitos, y sus tortillas tenían una pinta bárbara, en el caso del pintxo-pote nos pusieron unas alitas de pollo fri...
