The service at this restaurant left much to be desired. Many of the waitstaff seem to view your order as an inconvenience. You won’t receive a friendly greeting like, "Welcome to Kim Son, may I take your order?" Instead, they approach your table and stare until you begin to speak. Once the food arrives, it's usually done in a hurried manner, without anyone checking if the order is correct or if you need anything else. Went there to place a lunch order and the host directed us to the bar. The bar tender/server was extremely rude right from the start. This was our first time at this restaurant and new to this cuisine other than dim sum. We asked for some clarification on the items we wanted to order and the server was not helpful and gave one word answers. While picking up the order, we asked for chili oil and the server gave us one small standard container. However, we needed more for the amount of food we got and he gave us a nasty stare. During the event, he even argued with our guests in an angry manner right in front of everyone, which was very uncomfortable. According to our contract and regulations, we were supposed to have two police officers present for the event. While he charged us for this service, no officers ever showed up, and we weren't informed about this beforehand. After reviewing our wedding video and asking guests about the police officers, we attempted to follow up with Long via email, only to find that his email address is no longer valid. I tried to call in a to-go order at 8 PM, but no one answered the phone. After waiting until 8:30 PM, I decided to walk in. The young man at the bar told me they were closed, but when I spoke to the lady at the reception desk, she informed me I could still place an order at the bar. When I asked why the kitchen had closed early, the guy said this happens regularly as they approach closing time. I can understand closing 10 minutes before, but 30 minutes is simply unacceptable. During my inaugural visit to Houston, a friend pointed me towards this charming. The culinary offerings were delightfully authentic and delicious, with an impressive variety of options that cater to a broad palate.The overall experience was thoroughly enjoyable. This restaurant is a wonderful place to discover the essence of dim sum in Houston. I would certainly recommend it to any food enthusiast exploring the city.

The staff was very nice. The food was still being prepared when I arrived, so the bartender offered me a cold beverage while I waited. We enjoyed the food after I arrived home. I would have liked for the General Tso Chicken to be a little more spicy, but it was definitely still good. Vegetarian options: Tofu and other vegetarian dishes are available.

Overall tastes good. Some good though they don't serve after 3pm and it was what we went there for and we got there at 430pm. What we did order tastes good and the serving sizes are nice portions. They didn't have any dessert and i love Japanese desserts so that was kind of a let down too . The server was awesome and friendly.

I'm mixed about Kim's place. The food was good, I got the Pho deluxe, my wife got the garlic eggplant dish which was a great. The only issue that put me off was that it smelled a bit weird when we first walked in. Not sure if I'll go back, on the fence. Reserve uma mesa agora

Comes right when they open, otherwise there’ll be waiting, good food, relaxing atmosphere with beautiful decoration. Great service.

Our server,Tina was exceptional with the warmest smile on her face the whole time! Great experience. The food was delicious.
