There are not many vegan options in Melrose for an evening meal, so we ended up eating here, although there are only two vegan options on the whole menu now the soul seasoned flowerflower starter and the vegan garden burger. The food was good, but not very inspiring some vegan cheese on the burger would go a long way! Unless they add more options to their menu in the future I do not think we will be back.

I recently enjoyed a delightful meal at this restaurant. Every aspect of our experience was outstanding. The food was cooked perfectly, the wine selection was excellent, the staff were friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was charming, and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely be returning for another visit.

For a main meal, the only vegan option is a burger. I did. It was expensive, but pretty good. There was also a spiced cauliflower on the menu as a starter I didn't have. Inspired. All so fleshy and it seems as if they take care of their carnivores. Wouldn't go back. Updated by previous rating on 2022-09-03

The staff and patrons at this restaurant were very friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed the Soup and Sandwich meal, especially the homemade soup. It was a great bonus to find a pub that is dog-friendly. I will certainly return when I am in the area.

Good service, spicy cauliflower a beautiful starter, generous portions for net, relaxing pub atmosphere. Not many other places to eat in Melrose in the evening so well worth a try.
