Ein echter Geheimtipp in Gießen. Sehr gemütliches im nordirischen Stil eingerichtetes Café mit wechselnden Kuchen und veganen Milchalternativen. Der Kaffee ist zusätzlich sehr lecker. Café paulsen is a small and cozy caffe in pour and for me it serves the best vegan cake/ pies. I love the vegan biscuit with fresh berries and they serve coffee and co. with üblen barista hafermilch (my favorites hafermilch.)
