It's fortunate that we happened to pass by the central parking lot of the monastery, or else we would have missed it: At the far end of the expansive Fürstenfeld monastery complex, where the monks' basic supplies were once handled in the economic areas, sits the brewhouse right next to the mill. The gravel beer garden, previously situated nearby, is separated by the Mühlbach, with the sound of the water passing through the mill in the background. This year, the weather cooperated with us. Inside, dark wood, lime walls, and leather seats exude a strong sense of Bavarian coziness. Modern light fixtures above the large tables provide a stylistic contrast, and kitchen towels hung in the windows...

The quality is top-notch! All meals are enjoyable! The owner is a master butcher and has high standards for quality, making sure guests are satisfied. Situated in the Klosterareal, the restaurant has a charming green beer garden and cozy seating by the house wall. It's perfect for a meal after visiting the church or for those looking for excellent food. Reservations are recommended as Klosterstüberl is a popular choice among customers.

The food is good, the beer is delicious, and the atmosphere is beautiful. The beer garden is also very lovely. It's become a regular stop for me on my bike rides. The menu at Klosterstüberl is extensive, so there is something for everyone. The prices are reasonable, the staff is always friendly and helpful. There's nothing to complain about. I look forward to returning!

The great ambience is the most beautiful in the restaurant! The beer garden offer is less original and too expensive. It is worth visiting because of the beautiful location (central, only about 5 min from the S-Bahn)
