Kobe Japanese Steakhouse Longwood

this meal seemed our cook in a hurry. he started 10 mini after the table next to us, but at least 5 minutes earlier. no steal sweat that everyone enjoys. I just rushed to get it over, and eating was badly spiced. also, in recent years we have been able to enjoy a birthday dinner through the reward program with the right id. Now we found out everyone had to have his own card and they said we should have known since it was on the website. I've been in cove for over a decade. I had no reason to go on the website. as long as they have od and are member, why should it be important? also they do not give any more points for what they buy. it is sad that they no longer recognize faithful customers....

We have been dining at Kobe for over a decade at least maybe once or twice a year for big celebrations. It seems each year, the overall experience decreases incredibly. We were really shocked at the lack of service, limited engagement with the cook no funny jokes etc., rush of the table to be done, and no longer a birthday experience really at all for our child. My husband and I both looked at each other and knew we likely would never go back to Kobe again. I understand times are tough but this is no longer a fun experience, it’s simply just an average at best restaurant with high priced food.

We celebrated my late wife 1 year anniversary and we remember her as we enjoy each other’s company and the sounds of the cook and people around us. We will be back

loves the Longwood position! reservations always run smoothly and on time. the personal is always wonderful!
