service is too slow and badly organized. Arriving at 6:30 p.m. at the restaurant, we left at 7:45 p.m. without dinner, because after 1 hour waiting, only a miso soup had been served for the table (the room was still empty). At no time the waitress comes to inform us of the waiting. a longer period before being served must probably be the standard in this facility.
