Koi Sushi Steakhouse

We visited from out of state and stayed at a hotel in the Dakota Dunes area. After a long journey, we were really craving a hearty meal. We ordered three rolls, some calamari, and udon, which came to nearly $70 in total. After picking up our food and driving it back to the hotel, we started a movie and got ready to eat, only to discover that part of our order was missing. When we called to report the issue, we were met with a very aggressive response. I ordered takeout through Uber for dinner. "The soup I ordered was a bit disappointing, but the salad dressing was excellent. However, the salad itself was just a basic mix—I would have appreciated a few more vegetables. I’m not a sushi connoisseur, so I can’t speak definitively about it, but I ordered a mixed plate and all the fish were very good. If you enjoy the idea of a martini but prefer something sweeter, I highly recommend the Sakerini. It has a lovely flavor and is surprisingly light, making it a great complement to sushi."

I usually don’t write negative reviews, but this restaurant definitely deserves one. The Black Dragon roll tasted like gas station sushi; the imitation crab and the spicy sauce were particularly disappointing. The tempura shrimp came with just three shrimp and no vegetables or sauce at all. I ordered through DoorDash, so I can't comment on the dining experience inside. Service: Delivery.

This is the best sushi I've ever tasted! The service was outstanding, and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely be coming back. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.
