Kona Grill - Reservar uma mesa

We and 8 friends went to Kona on a Friday evening ,service was good waiter very nice we ve been going to Kona since the first day they had opened 3 yrs ago or so and the food and happy hour was great then in last couple years they ve changed ownership and lots mgrs . The meal was terrible 4 of us had ordered the chicken lettuce wraps which is usually very good but not this trip everyone of the meals was bad 40% of bowl was large diced carrots no water chestnuts or shrimp in 2 of the bowl s we will no longer go there there are plenty of good places by them and more opening every week in this mall area we said something to a mgr when leaving that they were bad

Great food at reasonable prices. Wonderful outdoor eating area. Good variety of choices on the menu from burgers to sushi and everything in between. Food is always fresh, cooked appropriately, and attractively served. Aunhelicia, a waitress, is deserving of special recognition for the wonderful job she does. She is thoughtful, efficient, and a most pleasant person.Manager Jose Soto came by the table, great guy excellent customer service.

My wife and i visited Kona Grill for the first time during our trip to Sarasota. It was truly a pleasurable experience. We enjoyed a great dinner with what most likely was the best service we received during our visit to Sarasota. Manager Jose Soto came our table and went above and beyond with customer service on our first visit to Kona Grill Great and delicious food and great environment definitely worth every penny.

lady works absolutely rude for all! we wouldn't put a table for all to enjoy. waste their time not 2. juli 2022 3pm
