Kotsu Ramen Gyoza - Reservar uma mesa

**Overall Rating: 3.8 Stars** I had my first visit to this restaurant recently and arrived when they first opened. Unfortunately, the table we chose was still dirty from the night before, which was a bit disappointing. I enjoy spicy food, so I went with the "flame" option for my dish. There were only two small parties dining at that time, but I felt the service was a bit slow. However, I have to admit that both the ramen and the broth were quite good. I'm looking forward to returning and trying another dish. Overall, the food prices felt a bit on the high side, but the experience was still enjoyable.

The family went for dinner. We tried the vegan matcha ramen, tonyu ramen and tonyu kick ramen. All were good, the matcha didn’t taste much different from the plain tonyu. The tonyu kick was spicier but not much, next time I will get the tonyu flame which is supposed to be very hot. All were very tasty but slightly sweet broth but it was rich and had a nice mouthfeel. The vegan gyoza were delicious. Will definitely go again

I absolutely love this place! They offer a great selection for both meat lovers and those who prefer plant-based options. My favorite dish is the level 7 vegan spicy Kotsu ramen—it's incredibly delicious. They provide a generous amount of tofu and other tasty vegetables. You can really tell you're paying for quality; it's worth every penny!

I bumped my rating up to 4 stars once I found out they use real dishes when you dine in. The ramen and gyozas are excellent and filling! Updated from previous review on 2024-01-16

Many of their flavors can be made vegan. The Vegan Matcha Madness is freaking delicious!
