Kowloon House - Reservar uma mesa

We have frequented this restaurant many times in the past and have always enjoyed the food. Therefore, we chose to order our New Year's Eve meal from Kowloon House. We placed our order at 5:45pm and received a confirmation almost immediately, with a delivery time estimated for an hour and a half later. However, at 7:15pm, we received an email informing us of a problem, and that our food would be delayed to a maximum of 40 minutes. By 8:15pm, we were told that our order was complete. After calling for an update at 8:45pm, we were informed that our food was about to be cooked, and the staff even laughed at us. Frustrated, we requested a refund, which was promptly provided. We recently moved back to the area in February and discovered what I believe is the best Chinese restaurant I've ever been to! This place is fantastic - the food and service are top-notch. I love that they make Singapore style noodles and fried rice just the way I like it... spicy! Even during lockdown, this place exceeded my expectations. There was a bit of a wait, but that was to be expected everywhere. In my opinion, this place is perfect. Even when we had a socially distanced takeaway in the garden, the delivery was on time and all the meals were fresh and hot. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful experience!

Had a meal last Friday delivery took 45 minutes which was ok,first bag of chips burnt went in bin a couple of sausages on the house, then the main Chinese meal chicken curry mushrooms fried rice went straight in the bin that much salt on it they want to learn to season food total disgusting

Beautifully cooked fresh fish&chips,lovely friendly owner who puts quality first. Well worth a trip.I always call here for a Chinese meal always fresh and tasty.

Nearly two hour wait . That’s enough for me never to order from them ever again . China star can’t open quick enough.
