Krema Coffee - Reservar mesa

I was extremely disappointed with the service at this restaurant. When we asked for extra hot water for our tea, a patronising man rudely told us we would need to pay for more tea. A good coffee shop would typically use tea pots and provide extra hot water without hesitation. The server was smug and unhelpful, and I would not recommend dining here with so many other excellent options in Guildford. The staff member in question would benefit from some customer service training. On a positive note, the younger man who took our orders was very pleasant. Overall, the food was mediocre.

A very pleasant place to able to enjoy a break. Welcoming staff with a smile, clean small independent café, nicely explained the differences in the various parts of the menu and great prompt service. Even anticipating our need for sharing. Pleasantly served by a smiling staff during a relatively busy mid-morning period. Reasonably priced but limited menu. Highly recommended.

Despite the freezing temperatures outside, this cafe insists on keeping its door wide open, forcing customers in the top area to bundle up in coats, hats, and gloves. It was a truly unpleasant experience. I heard another customer inquire about closing the door, but it seems to be against the policy. Great. I'll come back in the spring when the weather is more accommodating.

Appallingly rude service. An aggressive argumentative male staff member told me dogs were not allowed we have made numerous visits with our dog with no issue. Essentially he called me a liar and I’d never have been allowed in with said beast. So if you want aggression and argument go ahead if not Guildford hAs some wonderful cafes just give this horror show a miss!! Reserve uma mesa agora

The café's limited menu left much to be desired. The mashed avocado was bitter and the toast lacked in quality. The portion size was small for the price. However, the bacon was tasty and well-prepared. The smoothie my partner ordered was thick and delicious. Overall, we left feeling disappointed and cheated.

Our second cup of tea was half full and cold . We asked for a top up of boiling water and we were told we would have to pay full price for a new cup of tea . It was a shame as the man was rude and spoilt an otherwise pleasant lunch …

Cosy little place with some of the nicest coffee in Guildford! All the milk alternatives which is great : I’ll be back to try the food for sure!

Perfect location for a tea and cinnamon roll for brekkie, which was so tasty. Staff are lovely and calm, making it an enjoyable experience. Reserve uma mesa agora

Not recommended as a place to sit for coffee and discuss holiday plans as they restrict use of internet on laptops

Excellent staff, fantastic coffee, one of the best bacon rolls ever and fab sausage roll, we'll be back !!
