I placed an online order to this location today. I arrived 20 minutes pass the scheduled pickup time. I was told upon arrival that they were out of the donuts I ordered at the time and that it would be another 25 minutes until more was ready. I wasn’t happy about having to wait but understand that the glazed donuts can disappear quickly. I told the cashier that I’d have to come back. I am rating this experience a 5 star because of the attentive actions of the manager, Tashunda. While I didn’t complain, she probably noticed the annoyed look on my face and stopped me before I left the store. She acknowledged the inconvenience and apologized accordingly. The drive thru line was very slow. I went inside and got my doughnuts before the line moved.
