Inefficiency at its finest. Placed an order for online pickup. Got there at the specified time only to find the lobby locked, requiring me to wait in a drive thru line wrapped around the building. They say it’s because they’re short staffed from Covid so the front is closed, but I’m sorry, that excuse doesn’t fly anymore. You don’t have to take orders inside, but you can certainly allow them to be picked up if the point of a preorder is to avoid the line. I was late to work because of this and the worst part is this isn’t an every day practice, so there’s no way to know whether you can preorder and save time or will have to sit in a line. Worst donut shop ever!!! Don't waste your time!!! $20 for a dozen glazed and donut holes. Usual extremely rude service at the drive through, donut holes at least a day old but probably more- not etible. Horrible. Glazed not fresh. $1 a piece for a freakin glazed donut??!! Y'all can keep your sub par **** and rude horrible service. Not again. Go support a local business like Shipleys donuts. Would give zero stars if possible.

While I understand being short staffed, most of the world is... being pleasant and friendly is free and easier to do than being rude and hateful. Horrible experience at this location. I was from 3:13 to 3:51 clock! I thought the drive was faster, I was wrong. the next order is picked up within. I have preordered the app to pick up 15 o'clock, but my order was wrong. they gave me extra chocolate covered instead of the spine corded.

came to meet donuts for a business and brand offered a pleasant experience. great customer service and had a smile during our welcome. doughnuts were hot from the line. What can they ask for more?
