DO NOT GO TO THE KRYSTALS IN SARALAND UNLESS YOU WANT BURT, OLD FOOD AND TO BE IN LINE FOR 30MINUTES.... THEY HAD TO REMAKE MY ORDER 3 TIMES, THEY GAVE ME BURNT OLD FRIES, THEY KEPT LEAVING OFF THE ONIONS AND PICKLES AND THEY ALSO TRIED TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE.... THE FIRST TIME THEY HAD TO REMAKE MY ORDER THE GUY AT THE WINDOW SAID HE COULDN'T TAKE THE FOOD BACK WHEN I TRIED TO GIVE IT TO HIM. AFTER HE TOLD THE COOK ABOUT MY ORDER I GUESS HE DIDN'T BELIEVE ME SO HE ASKED FOR THE FOOD BACK. THEY HAVE TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ALSO WILL GIVE YOU OLD FOOD... I EVEN HAD TO TELL THEM NOT TO TAKE THE FOOD I GAVE THEM AND JUST ADD WHAT WAS MISSING AND THEY STILL TRIED TO DO IT ANYWAY..... THEY WERE EVEN HA...

This was the WORST experience I have EVER had in my life!!! DO NOT EVER go to this location !!! They make you pull up and wait for almost 45 minutes with NO ONE in line!!! They messed my order up twice and I had to wait an additional 45 minutes each time!!! I am so mad. My fries are now stone cold while I wait almost 2 and a half hours so they can get my food right. I would like to go home and eat. I could completely understand if there was a long line behind me. There is literally NO ONE here!!! DO NOT COME HERE! I?ve read other reviews and had I know this was going on here I would have NEVER come!!!

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. We tried to go inside, but the doors were locked, so we went through the drive-thru instead. They took our order and we paid, but then they told us to park and we ended up waiting 40 minutes for our food. It was just a standard #1 meal—nothing special. This isn’t what I would call "fast food." It's simply poor customer service, and it feels like they know it and are trying to get away with it.

When I arrived, I noticed the staff outside arguing with someone. The restaurant was unclean, and basic supplies like forks, spoons, and napkins were missing. I went in for breakfast, but the food was stale and the coffee tasted like water. The bathroom was also very dirty, and there was no soap available, which raises concerns about how the employees wash their hands properly. I do not recommend this place and will not be coming back. Food was Nothing special. We don't have any in Louisiana but people from Arkansas Alabama rant rave but it's nothing special at all. Too many onions on the tiny sure burgers. Bleh. The employees at that location were working hard and swift and they were extremely polite. There were only a few workers and they were really hustling. They deserve a raise!!!

I asked for 4 crystals with cheese and ketchup, after I paid she told me they were out of ketchup, my crystals did not have cheese she took them back in and put cold cheese on the same crystals and return them to me, my French fries were sticking together like one big fry, the Coca-Cola was good

I wish they had salt and pepper shakers on the tables. I really enjoy pepper, but opening those small packets takes too long, and there's hardly any pepper in them. I’d prefer to have four to six packets on each little burger.

Waited forever to get half our food. Half of us were done before the other half of us got food. Roaches running on the walls... didn't see before we paid and had half of our order.. Dirty. Dirty. Dirty. Reserve uma mesa agora

The woman at the drive-thru informed me that there would be a wait for my food because it was just her and one other employee working. However, I appreciated that my food was hot and fresh!
