Very tasty Bergisch waffles and the cheesecake is also recommended. During a visit in the spring we had veal schnitzel during a hiking break which was fantastic. Current map is very attractive. There have recently been changing Sunday roasts on Sundays. Quality, preparation and appearance at the highest level, as well as taste. This place used to be really good when they opened. Gradually we witnessed the quality drift off. Now it's completely drifted off the scale. We had such high hopes as there are so few decent restaurants in the neighborhood. We actually met the owner in the beginning days. She had such big plans as she gave us the grand tour. I don't remember her name but she was a very nice lady from Turkey who was married to a local royal man. I am so sad to say that the restaurant has become a big disappointment. In the entrance tunnel there are swallow nests on the ceiling which at dusk make for plenty of activity, pretty cool! The potential is there. But no spirit left.

The restaurant is beautifully located and has a modern, cozy atmosphere. We were there in the evening and the restaurant was full to capacity. Reservation is therefore highly recommended. We chose a goose dish that was very tasty. The meat is wonderfully tender. The Wiener Schnitzel was also good. Despite the crowds, the service was professional. Overall a successful evening...
