Kume Japanese Cuisine: Sushi Hibachi

The food and service here is great! Love to go here to get her sushi and Hibachi/Teriyaki plates. Compared to most places, the servers are attentive and gentle to their customers. The best time to immerse is about 2-4 for lunch. You will really be overcrowded on Friday and Saturday nights and sometimes will not be able to execute orders to not overwhelm the kitchen, so keep that in mind when you request for an order.

This place is fantastic! I got the filet hibachi and the salad dressing and sauce were house made. I don't eat raw fish but my son loved the yellow tail and snapper. They also had his favorite grilled eel. Service was fantastic and a lovely decor with a very clean dining room. Highly recommended.

Nice surprise! It doesn't look like that from outside, but it never stops me. We had 5 reels and loved them all. The Godzilla had the best crunch in a role I ever had and the princess was delish! Very clean and the staff was attentive and nice. Will definitely come back!

That was a delicious dinner. I'm out of town, so I tried the Tennessee role. Really good! I also ordered the filter minion hibachi. Very delicious. I highly recommend it. The staff was friendly and very fast to fill my water. That's a big deal for me.

Seriously the cleanest freshest sushi spot! The food was perfect and delicious. Definitely our new sushi spot. We have the Tennesse Roll, Red Hot Roll, Pork Gyoza and the pages of Lo Mein. Absolutely wonderful!
