I don?t usually post reviews, but I find it necessary for this location. This place used to be my preferred KFT to stop by and get drinks from, but lately, it?s a disaster. The customer service sucks. Employees aren?t that friendly. Also, I have been here 4 times in not even a month, and they cannot fix a simple drink correctly. Let me clarify by saying I order drinks off the menu with a topping or with bubbles. Nothing fancy. There is a girl that works in the afternoon that does NOT read drink labels, and I always have to tell her the drink is wrong after she seals it. Simple fix to just read the label and the drink would be made correctly. Then it?s like the workers don?t even know their o...

this is the best boba shop in all of maryland, ive been to at least 50 different shops and NONE come CLOSE to this shops variety in flavors, they always have what you want, hot drinks, cold drinks, slushes, and more. whenever im sad i go to this kung fu tea and my mood comes right back up, the atmosphere, the employees, the great prices all make the experience there phenomenal! A and shoutout to the employee hayden hill, he alwahs gives me phenomenal drink suggestions if i dont know what to order

First Kung Fu experience was in Orlando years ago. Been visiting different locations since then, and went to this one when visiting family in the area. This one in Rockville was a great experience and all the ingredients were available for the options for my drink. Been having some issues with a local one down in VA Beach as they are always out of ingredients and get my wife's drink wrong every once in awhile even though she orders the same thing all the time.

This place is really good and the employees are nice. I like playing their board games and the drinks are delicious! The minion drink had me feeling despicable ????
