My family is from the Island, and while this place may offer the best prices for conch, they tend to wash out its natural flavor. If they're using a tenderizer, they should definitely stop. Conch should have a rich, milky taste to it. I bought five boxes on January 6th, and the conch was bland and tasteless. Luckily, I know how to prepare conch in a way that enhances its flavor.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant during my visit from Atlanta. The prices were excellent, and I ended up buying five boxes of conch because it's hard to find good conch in Georgia. The total was $495.00, which I thought was a great deal!
