michelin is so frustrating. we use it in conjunction w this website and other review sites as well as blogs and likes to dinate in an effort, rewarding during the travel. on which planet will this place not get stars. Of course we did the truffles...Menu so that we might have a skewed look, but in all our years of truffle eating nothing touched the simple but perfectly executed dishes, on which the generous portions of black truffle can shine in all their brillance. couple with the legendary wine cellar and they have enogastronirvana. safe its rustic setting not sufficient for the 3 stars formula, but 1 light; 2 in my book. if in the opposite and especially when there are truffle season they...

We visited this restaurant for the second time after having thoroughly enjoyed our experience dining in the terrace a couple of years ago. The service and food were disappointing. The restaurant opens at 7.30 pm but we were told to come earlier if we would...like an aperitif before the meal. We arrived a little early but there was no service. When service started at 7.30, we finally got a drink. The restaurant is renown for its truffles but I am not sure that the truffles we were served were fresh. Usually fresh truffles have a distinctive aroma but there was no smell at all with these. The wine list is very extensive and didn’t disappoint.

we went for the middle menu: 35€ 3 courses classic French dishes made very good for both my partner (mainly fish and vegetables) and for me (fruie gras and lambsattel) huge and very cheap weinlist with much willing to drink winelese. the ambiente is something from the 80-90s, bit the place was still full of quests that probably went for the great quality. very friendly and professional service highly recommended for a visit!

we have known this restaurant for over 10 years and it was a creepy pleasure to go there. Today, the encornets I had were just perfect so delicate and succulent (as often they can be hard and gum-like elsewhere! and the passion of my wife. fruit sorrow on a bed of delicious cookies was delicious. the chef is a master of sauces and for us has never failed his touch and there is a very good wine list.

Our group of 12 a wonderful seven course truffle lunch paired with wine. Each dish out did the previous one. Presentation and taste was impeccable. Wines were a perfect match. Service was outstanding. Would love to return and sit on the patio in warmer weather.
