La Belle Metairie - Reservar uma mesa

We have visited this restaurant several times over recent years on our annual ski trip. It is warm , friendly and has a very comprehensive menu. The food was of a good standard. Equally important and not so often found in French ski resorts is a decent toilet that is not down some horrible stairway. When the sunshines there is a very extensive terrace but this time we were well and truly indoors taking the warmth as the outside weather was sub zero. The only downside and it is not a fault of the restaurant is that you need to have a Crest Voland ski pass or Espace Diamand ski pass to visit it. A Les Saises pass will see you one lift short! There is a large open terrace with beautiful views for the warmer ski days. Otherwise there is a very cosy indoor seated area for lunch and drinks. Service is very friendly and helpful. There is a very comprehensive menu of local specialties including cheeses and charcuterie. There is a reasonably priced daily price fixe menu, if you don't want the a la carte. I was a bit disappointed with the soup of the day, which although reasonably tasty but arrived less than tepid, when I could have done with a winter warmer. Otherwise a very pleasant lunch It is bound to get mega busy in high season

The place is super in winter and summer time and the food is very good. Nice restaurant and the people who work there are trying the best. Whoever the owner is not very friendly and a bit stressed. They system from ordering is also a bit confusing. Only the owner/boss takes the orders for the meals.....and he is too busy....so maybe an other system.

We really loved this place. After a good day skiing it is such a pleasure to have an excellent meal up in the montain looking to the Mont Blanc. Everything I tried there tasted so delicious! I recommend!!!

Excellent service, fast and cordial. Very good dishes for a reasonable price. Great terrace with plenty of seats. Great location !
