They gave our table for our New Year's Eve to someone else, without warning us. we had booked a table for 8 for our New Year's Eve. the receptionist confirmed our reservation and asked us to call back to confirm each one's choices for the menu. We recalled the next day with our choices. They explained to us that the table of our reservation was given to someone else because they were not sure we would have come. to be totally transparent, I never ate there but I found their non-professional booking process they gave away our new year's eve restaurant reservation without warning. we booked a table for 8 for new year's eve! the lady told us that the reservation was confirmed but they asked us...

a little disappointed for a mountain restaurant we really expected to eat a real raclette and not as at home with a mini raclette landing on the corner of the table. pickles and cheese a little dry, 84 e for two adult raclette and two children's menus with just a drink at table even no wine. fortunately the soup was good. Too bad we wanted to taste a real raclette.

excellent stay spent in the sheepfold. staff and reception are very warm. Two days like home just before the parties. Thanks to the whole team!
