In a nutshell: average food, high prices, tiny portions, bad service. Felt like we were ripped off by the restaurant!No matter how good the food is which it was average in this case) when your waitress is rude and impolite the experience will turn out to be awful!!! Our waitress was passive aggressive!!! She brought the wrong food meat balls) for our friend and when we asked to bring the right one calamari)she said you are “definitely” wrong you “definitely” ordered this one not that one! My friend was in a keto diet and she could not eat meat ball because of the flour in it)! I explained that I myself said two calamari and my friend also mentioned it to you! She just said nothing and left!!...
My wife and I went there around 4pm, I guess it was down time. People had their lunch already and dinner people had not shown up yet. The girl who served us was extremely nice and attentive. We asked for margaritas pizza, calamari and Minestrone, but since it had a bit of bacon which my wife doesn't like its taste, she changed it to Poached pear salad. The salad happened to be my wife's favorite, I loved the pizza. The only downer was calamari which was very oily. It was supposed to be a 15 minute wait, we were standing outside for at least 40 minutes. Both steaks were like rubber (practically un-chewable) and completely over chard. The steak knife was basically a butter knife. 2/3 poached eggs were completely over cooked. I personally would never go there again. If a restaurant doesn’t have enough waiters to run efficiently, then they should not be open. Also very small portions of food for the price that was paid. Please get new steak knife’s that actually work.
This place is a GEM. The food here is so fresh, so tasty, and so innovative. I was really blown away with the prawns and calamari, but the caprese salad caught me completely by surprise! We came to find out what avocado smash is. The atmosphere was good, it was chill not that busy during weekdays. Price is a bit high but I enjoyed the food especially mussels and calamari……..we were here for a quick bite, I was very satisfied and don’t mind to come back to visit again.
