My stop here was pretty much a fluke. My daughter was in town visiting, and we were taking the dog out for her night walk (around 10pm , and we passed this cafe. It was open, and she hadn't had crepes, so I was going to send her in to get one to go. The hostess told us we could bring the dog in, and so we sat down and had a late dessert! They even brought a bowl of water for my dog, who was very good (thankfully! . The hostess spoke very capable English, which was nice. The crepes came quickly, and we enjoyed them quite a bit!
I come here once a month or so and always find the service very efficient. The menu is in French and English, the interior is cosy and Breton themed and the crepes never disappoint a simple egg, ham and cheese galette is always on point : However, if you don't reserve on weekend nights you are unlikely to get a table!
Prompt and friendly service, authentic Bretagne buckwheat crepes and cider, and very reasonably priced. Looks to be a local favorite. Had the crepe with andouillette really really good. Finished with a Black Forest cake style crepe. Delicious. Recommended little restaurant
