La Brasa Grill Okeechobee

I ordered three plates two number 1 and one number 2 all with curtain. The number 2 order was wrong and had corn instead I explained to the lady who took the plate of food that I already touch. The lady uses the same cutlery that touch the food to remove the chicken and add it to another box. I'm trying to explain to the lady why don't you just give me the Planan instead of cross-contamination her answer I have gloves. They scream out of nowhere where the lady cried in the drive-through to just give him a refund that yells at me. I received very bad customer services and was treated like I am not a paying customer. I bought a Lomo saltado familiar after reading reviews and make a huge mistake. The order was really small and nothing like the picture. I am peruvian and this is not how a Lomo saltado should be served and looked. I complaint to the cashier and they told me it was 20 oz. and this is how it is. They charged me $40 !! 4 times the price of a personal Lomo saltado. Poor serving! I posted a picture so you can see it and don't make the same mistake.

I'm sorry, but 2/3 of this plate was simply untenable. I understand this is a chicken stable, but if you have something on the menu, try to make it right at least. First of all, all fried rock was hard, the only thing the court had was the Yuca and the sauce with which it came. Secondly, there were rock hard chicken bones mixing with seafood. Not sure what procedures you have with your chefs, but you might want to check your standards.

disgusted. I go to la brasa all the time? And Im always picking through my salad because there?s certain parts of the salad I don?t like and it?s a good thing i do or I wouldn?t have see that bug in my salad. Very disappointing

The meat was over boiled and edible. Basically, I had beans and rice for dinner, which were at best fair. Would never go back and recommend anyone. A star was generous.... and was unable to evaluate zero.
