we liked the sound of this place on tripadvisor and made it to our destination on a hike through dijon. the managerin (owner? was very welcoming and the place was immaculate. the evening menu was limited what suits us, as we prefer to have a few good options than dozens of moderate, and we chose a Caesar salad and a cheesepasta. Both were extremely delicious, freshly prepared with local, high quality ingredients. the ploo was also immaculate, and we loved the music choices of all Melow classics, nina, janis and the like. if we lived in dijon, that would be ours!

Positive side: the frame, pleasant, comfortable, beautifully decorated. The welcome, the smile, the fast service. Negative side in the plate: for my dish, a grilled duck magret with a side served sauce, so elongated that we would have said water, and water sprays without taste and seasoning. A cream slipped in the dessert, almost cold, and the top layer of sugar that tries so badly to mask the fade of the cream. In short, a great disappointment for this first experience, even if we still want to encourage the establishment of restaurants in our neighbourhoods.

I don't know. I had the opportunity to dine three times in this welcoming brewery, always with a smile and bravo to the cook who comes out of the dishes to the height. Go on.
