Aún no he probado la comida de Caleche, pero del restaurante Serendipia de Caleche. Es la versión más “fina” para mi comprensión, ya que todo estaba delicioso. Tienen platos de ambos restaurantes. Y te ofrecen pedir media y media para probar todos los platos. Usan muchos germinados, y camarones, y todo lo que pedimos tuvo un sabor particularmente intenso.
