iff the chef cuisto. finally a real leader on our Mediterranean coast. Beyond the melody or dorade already well known, I let myself try by the chicken with the crust of salt ... but many and it is normal to focus on everything that is shell or fish, cooking me often, I let myself try by this poultry, here at the gruissan salins. a massacre, a majestic cuisine, perfect. I can assure you that on the area, in the halls or in the markets, are those that offer a chicken of this quality, a refined cuisine, which reminds me in the mouth of the cooked chickens of my grandmother. the kitchen is at the top!!! a real treat. servers are very nice and good advice the style is very atypical, however a little expensive. for example for a fish 20€...

The place is beautiful, the very nice waitresses and we eat very well: local specialties and ultra fresh products.
