There is no parking in the hotel although written free parking on booking.com website . When asking for a parking close to hotel At reception desk , the guy just said he can not help . Not customer oriented at all !!!!. Also not possible to access room before 4pm. So basically no room and no parking with a staff not friendly at all. I finally booked another hotel at riom !!! To avoid !!!!!
The staff is very unpleasant and very aggressive towards the hosts. Small, TV-free and non-compliant rooms with photos on the site. The equipment is minimum and we found plastic cups in the bathroom. I strongly advise him. Further another structure (La Rose des Vents) is much more pretty, welcoming and smiling staff.
No TV, there's never been any certified, very narrow corridor, micro bathroom door with monobloc shower less than 50cm wide, voluntary staff noises at 8:15 to wake you up no choice for dinner and breakfast. There is room to evolve positively, personally passing in front of, I will not return there.
