We had the opportunity to have dinner at the Dômerie as part of the meetings of Aubrac. The dinner was composed according to the theme of this year, linked to the stars under all the heavens, East-West. We enjoyed a delicious goat tajine after a refined and original entry (lovers, endive leaves filled with small fragrant vegetables). The meat was exceptional and accompanied by vegetables-prunes, all with delicately spicy flavours. Despite the weakness (I would say about 150 people) and the difficulty of the service, the servers were smiling and efficient.
