we went from warrington to chester for a nice day. while we walk around, we have tried to explore the variations of the restaurant, and we have seen this Italian restaurant. it is the best Italian restaurant in the environment. we have reviewed some (liverpool, some, warrington, leeds for example, but this is the best. pizza pasta was crispy, but soft, not wet, soße on “Sofia” was beautiful, no extra flavor required (not as in other restaurants where she would put everything from herself, starter was made fast so that it is a “perfect start” and that is served well. of course, my partner has tried her “House wine (white” and she was completely satisfied with it. so no complain at all, highly...

I come from a region in the USA where there is really good Italian food but not much else, so I shouldn't be eating Italian in Chester, but this place is SO good! I love the food, the waitstaff, and the overall ambiance!
