We came on Tuesday night. Nobody in the restaurant, but it didn't hurt us. The waiter was welcoming and took our coats on arrival. We had a drink in aperitif a house cocktail with cream and raspberry syrup it seems to me, it was very good. We've had little amuse-gauges (palm gougs with anchovies?? Very good too. In the entrance I took the specialty, the 12-hour salmon that looked like half raw salmon, half smoked salmon in the form of small paved that were delicious. Delicious, everything is top to my taste. Good reception, pleasant setting (especially at the corner of the fire in winter with the table located just in front of the open fireplace), a server with little care and always very pleasant, in short I love. And a very nice atmosphere in the little corner that it is possible to privatize.
