La Gare - Reservar uma mesa

unicio ristorante aperto e forse anche presente,su consiglio del viticoltore che mi ospitava ho consumato qui l'ultima cena della mia 3 giorni in Chamapagne...servizio non velocissimo e scelta molto limitata come sempre,ho preso un antipasto che non ricordo , e poi visto che le 2 portate principali non mi aggradavano ho optato per la proposta dello chef,che ogni giorno cambia ed è scritta su una lavagna appesa al muro,che tanto per non spaziare troppo con la fantasia era una tartare...la terza in tre giorni ed anche la meno buona a mio parere perchè troppo speziata.La cosa interessante è la carta dei vini che propone molti champagne di produttori locali che uno così può bersi quì senza girar...

We came here as there was no other choice.Menu is very limited, which is not necessarily a bad thing...but again, a bit more choice would be nice. I opted for the beef tongue as started and pork fillet with lentils as main. Pork was very good and cooked perfectly, beef tongue basically tasted like vinegar, I honestly didn't enjoy it.Ok on the food side, but the service was seriously lacking here...we are tourist, we speak broken French (that was obvious, but we tried our best) try to meet us in the middle, we were only looking for a bit of help understanding the menu but didn't receive any, the girl kept talking in French at 3000mph like we were native speakers, my girlfriend ended up choosi...

Veel restaurants zijn er niet in de buurt van Avize. We hadden tijdig gereserveerd, waren een beetje te vroeg ter plaatse maar was allemaal geen probleem. Wat men ook moge beweren de ontvangst door de gastvrouw is vriendelijk, ze heeft alles perfect onder controle en alles wat je vraagt wordt in orde gebracht. Prijs / kwaliteit is dit restaurant dik in orde, en ook nu was het volledig volzet. Over smaken kan je lang discussieren, maar de combinatie rood en grijs voor het interieur beviel ons wel. We komen hier zeker terug als we volgende keer in de buurt zijn.

Nous sommes allés prendre un diner dans ce restaurant pour la 3ème fois.La qualité était chaque fois au rendez-vous. Une carte simple, pas trop fournie, mais de qualité.L'accueil par la patronne est parfait et le service rapide et efficace.De plus, un très bon rapport qualité/prix.,

Had a lovely dinner with my wife at this small place in champagne. The good is good and of course you can get a glass of champagne for a reasonable price. Compared to the more expensive restaurants in for instance Epernay this is much more value for money.
