"When the first autumn snowflakes joined the rain outside we had a perfect dinner at the open fire inside. Chestnut soup, foie gras, white chocolate with cocus, filet of deer coated by a praline de noisette , chocolate variations with white truffles, a wirde range of (local) cheeses, fresh different breads. Muscat and red wine also were brilliant. Mouth watering in each step of the menu, all ingredients were delicious. Service was friendly and helpful. (not always the case in France) The wine card (book) was too extensive to study. Unfortunately for us there is a distance of more than 400km to visit this restaurant at the Belgian/French border."

After having challenges making reservations tried Facebook, online, email and phone finally managed to book a table for 4. At arrival found the restaurant fully sold out, yet even with Corona plenty of space between the guests so found ourselves comfortable Waiters are friendly, enjoyable. Nice selection of different menus not possible to have adjusted wines with prices ranging from -45 to 100€ and good selection of wines by the glass and or bottles. Food, mixture of more traditional French haute cuisine with nouvelle cuisine style, very tasteful, nicely presented and refined Large r portions at least compared to Belgium so even 4 course meal was more then sufficient. The restaurant also off...

Booked a table here to celebrate my wife 's birthday as we were holidaying in the area. We had a super evening. There is an extensive a la carte menu but we opted for one of their set menus which was 55 Euros a head. The food was exceptional and the service attentive but not intrusive. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I have a feeling that some of them spoke quite good English, but we are always keen to stick to French if at all possible, which they were pleased to do. The wine list is the size of a telephone directory but don 't let that put you off as the staff will be pleased to recommend something suitable and there seem to be plenty of by the glass options. Overall a super even...
