To see and eat! After devouring the wall of the eyes, thanks to the Dana Granada exhibition, the tasting continues in the plate. Fresh, local, ethical products. My son was delighted to see the salmorejo on the map, having discovered and loved this soup a few weeks earlier in Seville. And she had not rogue (we would have taken it as a gaspacho) from the comparison with her Andalusian consœurs. We enjoyed each dish. Only regret: there was no cheese cake. We're gonna have to come back.
