This place is flat-out superb. Despite being extremely busy, the waiters were very patient and helpful, the dishes were as good as I've had anywhere in the past three years, and the pricing was ridiculously low for the quality of what we received. Across the board, every dish was well-conceived and very well executed: the skill in the kitchen was very evident, with creativity that was appropriate for the very high quality of the ingredients. In particular, the Tarte of confit onion, scallops and local ham was a knock-out. Brilliant flavor combination, and more than enough on the plate. Just a great spot, and far better than many pricier avant-garde places we've visited. Many thanks.
