La Grillade - Reservar uma mesa

Very disappointing. How this restaurant gets good reviews is a mystery. Our tartiflette was microwaved. It makes me sad just typing that out. It was hot on the perimeter of the tartiflette, and it got colder as you reached the centre. The very middle was cold as ice. No golden brown on top, just microwaved cheese. Absolutely pathetic, and the most ironic part of it all is that it took AGES for it to arrive at our table. In that amount of time the chef couldve just thrown it into the oven?!?! Service was also WEIRD. The guy refused to take our order for an hour. Even when we made eye contact with him, he ran away and started talking to some guy in the kitchen. Very weird. Very annoying. As it was our chefs night off we went to look around where to eat ,in Brides most menus are in French so we gave up searching for an English one .We walked in the waiter did speak some English and was able to explain the menu so we ordered two burgers orange juice and a large beer. Food was fantastic so tasty best burger we had in a while ..beer was large too...so glad we ended up here would definitely recommend this place

New ownership ran by two lovely French women. One explained to us there is 100 seats for the two of them so the service was a little slow. The atmosphere in their was incredible, the selection of wine was great and reasonably priced. We had the beef fondue with red wine and it was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We visited here twice, both times without a reservation and was accommodated both times, even in a busy period. The food was big portions and the menu was very varied. There was a long wait to have our order taken, but the taste of the food made up for the wait. Lovely spot and cosy atmosphere

We had a lovely meal the night we arrived in Brides le Bain. We enjoyed the range of food offered on the menu. We managed to keep everyone in our party happy.
