My husband and I know Treguier well and were shocked to be treated in such an unfriendly manner, truly bordering on hostility, which is totally untypical of the always oh so friendly locals. The chef de cuisine, ie the crêpe maker, was busy shifting tables on the terrace when we arrived but barely gave us a glance before disappearing and it took 10 minutes before an equally unfriendly waitress, who appeared to be something of a manager, appeared so we asked to place our order but found her SO unhelpful we decided to depart immediately.
