This is the second time we came to eat here in 3 months and again everything was excellent. It’s very fine, perfectly balanced, we chose a Provencal Walking menu in 4 times as the first time and everything was different, the card changes all the time and we have once again been totally conquered. In addition the staff is pleasant, listening, good advice and impeccable service. Really I recommend this heartfelt address.

This table was a very nice discovery, a faultless from the beginning to the end, everything was deliciously cooked and refined (the tomato pie from Ricaud in the entrance, the iced veal ris to the truffle and what to say of the chocolate soufflé that was to fall...

From Crillon (in 2012) to Eygalières... Never disappointed. Excellence in simplicity. Excellent service, quality products. An unparalleled quality ratio. Wines at all prices. A menu in 4 services at 90 €. No way!
