La Mamounia - Reservar uma mesa

We were staying near St Cyprien village for a week and had passed La Mamounia a number of times. Intrigued by what a Moroccan restaurant would be like, we checked it out on the Tripadvisor website. The place has only been open a short time...and the few people who had reviewed it seemed to have widely differing views on their experiences, but out of interest we took the plunge and went there earlier this week. On entering, we were very pleasantly surprised by the decor and were met at the entrance by a chap who was very welcoming and pleasant and who showed us to a table which was just inside the building but adjoined a large courtyard and was separated from the external seating area only by...

A completely new concept hereabouts with it's smart brand new Moroccan style decor. The restaurant is spacious with the tables given plenty of space. Large choice of dishes with the Tajine and Couscous served to each customer individually in the traditional way plus a host...of other dishes. The wine list is very competitive and the service excellent. Thoroughly recommended. I would suggest that you reserve your table as when the word gets around this place will be very busy. Average spend would be about 30 euros per person including the lower price wines.

we were 5 and we lubricated tajines and pastel and brick. everything was delicious, with great plate, so that we were unfortunately full and the desert didn't taste. we'll be back.

had never had such a worse experience. wait after almost 1 1/2 hour. dry chicken, fat meat, dry cousin. the food for 1 person was forgotten by the kitchen. very bad.

attractive family restaurant with very good renditions Moroccan/North-African classic to cheap trips. beautifully done.
