En mis viajes por La Mancha dando mis clases de marketing, me dije que tenia que comer una auténticas gachas, así que tuve la suerte con parar en este restaurante. Está muy animado durante el día entero, con gente entrando y saliendo. Puedes comer algo rápido en su barra, un mesa pequeña en la zona del bar o entrar en el salón si tienes más tiempo. Todo rico y que no falte un vino de la tierra.
