Since the time I wanted to make this restaurant to taste this famous omelette, honestly I'm very shared. On the one hand, even if we know that when we return to the restaurant, prices are excessively expensive especially for quality. On the other hand, the frankly nickel-plated entry has nothing to say at the time of the famous omelette small disappointment, taste of the truffle too present, and I would well say omelette baveuse but there it was too much. And dessert good but not excellent! It is above all that for 65 euros the menu out of drink is expected much more. Correct service and friendly atmosphere. Nice frame, omelette menu, excellent entry but then the omelette I did not at all like the baveux side in the mouth. Unfortunately, very irritating to me... no special taste except the truffle. On the other hand, the accompaniment of the potatoes with the bacon was excellent, the dessert was good but a little disappointed in the finality. And I find expensive prices. 6€ the coca I find it high. Too bad there would be something to do.

we take a omelette for folklore, or rather for tradition, or even legend. *Partie Restaurant only* Very well eaten, a little wait while there was no big world of the weather. The service is to be reviewed, a pretty unshaking gentleman served us. A second one was more kind. Apart from this point, we ate very well. It was hearty. The omelette with a carafe of water is enough. Softs are a little expensive, we didn’t take it.

Very good reception!! Nice and authentic place. I can't really judge the price quality report since I enjoyed a dinner thanks to the half pension that the hotel's booking proposed. On the other hand, for what is speciality: the omelet has the truffle I did not really like.
