On a rainy day in summer we had a lunch at this restaurant. We all took pizza some of us based upon normal dough while the .one adventerous took the carbon based black dough. This dough is quite light to eat and digest. This amis a speciality at this restaurant. The service was good although a bit hurried, perhaps due to the many tables occupied. The quatre fromage pizza did it gave the usual type of 4 cheeses, but some others which were OK but somehow I felt not fully satisfied.
