10 stars would be more accurate. This restaurant is amazing! I just had the pleasure of coming out, but what a pleasure it was. While I was working in the area, I took lunch for my crew every day, but Monday. They were closed on Monday. My whole crew enjoyed everything we ordered. From the different lunch bowls to the different types of Tamas everything was great. The food was fresh and hot, even after a 45-minute journey in the desert my jobite was found. Simon Castillo and his family welcomed me every time I came to the facility. I was called by name when I entered and greeted tomorrow at the departure. I went here more than a few times, but from the beginning they made it pleasant experience. They made it a point to first name and conversation with customers every day. Food is best what I had in the area and I would recommend this family-run restaurant. You'll have my business day, I'm working in the Pecos area.

Wonderful. The owner Simon. He's cool guy with an interesting story and love for high-quality food. The tortillas were made this morning and delicious. Real bacon and very crispy. 10/10 will be back. Tamales were great

I don't eat tamales. My husband doesn't post reviews so I'll post that he thought they were really good tamales. We are from Texas so he eats homemade tamales on a fairly regular basis.

I had the green chili chicken paintings. Just wonderful! Wife had the smoked Brisket Burrito. From this world! Fast, friendly service. I would highly recommend this place
