Château de Valmer We loved the quiet and cozy surroundings of this five-star leisure resort near Saint-Tropez. The instructor specially arranged a vacation for me here in mid-June. The indoor swimming pool here is super beautiful! There is also a sauna and spa available at any time. The service quality is good. The outdoor swimming pool is located in the middle of the park lawn, with a bar and cafe next to it. You can walk directly to a grape plantation opposite and it takes about five minutes to reach the hotel's seaside resort area. There are many tourists who come here for vacation. One of the worst experiences i have ever had in the south of France. First of all i paid them in full 3 months prior and believe me it was far from cheap. I wanted to relax and feel the vibe of this authentic city but the opposite happened, We drove six hours to get there and arrived at around 2 pm they refused to give us the rooms until 3 pm ! That was fine its their right but they did not give us the rooms until 4:30 pm !!!! Secondly the rooms they got us in were not air conditioned and look like storage rooms ! We asked to be moved to a better room and we were hassled to check out the next day even though we didn’t get into our rooms !!! Worst experience !!! Would not recommend this place...

The restaurant is niceIy located in a beautiful palm tree garden. In general the staff is friendly but not very attentive and seems a bit disorganised. No server is assigned to a specific table, hence, no one feels responsible. It took almost an hour before the first bites arrived. Bread was offered to us only once (unlike other tables), olive oil was offered when we had almost finished the (not very freshly tasting) bread. Compared to other Michelin star restaurants we also found the food a bit disappointing. No special flavours that we will remember or particularly enjoyed. For us not worth the money nor a Michelin star.

An excellent dinner at the Palmeraie. The star is well deserved. Refined and excellent Provençal cuisine. A caring service. Very good advice from the sommelier and a charming manager. THANKS

You will be able to be mais attentive and less confusing. A recepção é um chaos.
