La Pataterie - Reservar uma mesa

I am very disappointed with the service! Came for Valentine's Day I said to myself that it's going to be nice in the end to be served by a young complement next to the plate who lost our order for the aperitif so I waited 40 min to have a beer and a cocktail in the end my dishes that I ordered arrived at the same time so I had to send back the dishes that came back half hot ..!! Pay 47eu to have a service like this!! I repeat a useless server who even forgets 10 minutes after the order right behind!!!!

Very disappointed! Came tonight with our two children and a couple of friends, the only two waitresses have to welcome customers, take orders, serve, clear, cash,... They run everywhere and do not take advantage of customers despite their kindness. The children have had their dishes for barely 20 minutes when we see the waitress drop off their ice cream! Obliging to call her back to ask to take them back because the children are still eating their meals and the ice cream is pouring. Good luck girls!

I come to your place once a month with different people and we have always had a good time and dined heartily with pleasure. The staff is smiling, the service very correct, the dishes are rather successful and good. There are certainly mistakes and misfires (like everywhere) but I haven't witnessed them yet. I find it a little curious to criticize the fact of paying for potatoes when you go to the Pataterie....lol

Came for lunch with colleagues this afternoon, I loved the concept and especially the speed of service: we took the express board and in less than 45 minutes were back on the road to work! In addition, the welcome is top notch and the service is super friendly! Congratulations to the whole team and I will come back to see you with my kids, they will love it for sure!!

I was there a few years ago. I took a vegetarian cooking potato. It was very bad and above all I don't see why paying for a simple water-steamed potato with a tomato sauce. Since I refuse to go in this sign whatever the place. There is no need to go to a restaurant to cook a potato and add a tomato sauce!
