Interessing card but lack of application on certain dishes. My wife took a tartiflette that seemed very appetizing, unfortunately she missed cooking. All the bacon was still raw in the middle of the potatoes. Why don't you get them back to the poele a few minutes before you start cooking the oven pier? The staff in the room is very charming
