We ordered bruschetta here whilst our children had crepes-advertised as bread,olive oil, tomatoes and ham. Well what was delivered to us was the worst item of food I have ever eaten. The ‘tomatoes’ were in fact a thick layer of disgusting pizza base sauce-it was bitter, cheap and utterly revolting. It was on top of a huge piece of soggy bread and topped with cooked ham and cheap thinly grated mozzarella cheese. It was so bad it was almost laughable. Staff also were not pleasant- my daughter had to use the toilet inside. I asked a man at the bar where they were and he aggressively enquired if we were eating with them. It’s a complete tourist trap, sadly one we feel for on this occasion.

We chose this place and automatically regretted the decision. We went up to order some ice creams, but we’re ushered outside and told someone would come to us to take our order. After a while of waiting someone did come but after 10 minutes we still had no ice creams. We were then told that we actually had to then go in and collect our ice creams? All very bizarre. My husband accidentally dropped a bag of craft beer which he had just bought. Once bottle smashed and when we asked for help the a waiter rudely told us they would not be able to dispose of the glass or clean it, and that we would have to walk through the town to a public bin. He was extremely rude. We will never be back.

Nice coffee. Poor personality. Terrible service to a family of 4. Inhospitable service and provision to use a toilet. Blank refusal to warm some baby food (Ella kitchen sachets) with some hot water…. Aggressive towards ordering immediately, clearly we were sat outside in busy square area and very keen to order and push you through. Money making prioritised over service and basic manners.

The system they have is very poor, where if you sit outside at a table you have to then go inside and collect your ice cream, therefore the table service option is pointless. I personally only wanted a coffee and they did not accept card. I simply asked to exchange it for a bigger coffee but they didn’t let me and instead made me purchase a water. Really needs to be improved

Great choice of ice creams, pancakes on offer but absolutely the best gauffre, very light and fluffy. Great coffee too.
