La Plancha - Reservar uma mesa

Friendly restaurant just below the castle in Loches on rue du Chateau. We wanted a casual dinner and La Plancha was just right. The owners were so nice and locals stopped by while we had big tasty burgers on a planche or board. The special of the day came with a salad and golden crispy fries. You got to pick from a good selection of sauces to dip your fries, like hickory smoked bbq sauce. There were ripe tomatoes, sweet onion and lettuce on the burger in a good quality bun. Families will appreciate the frozen ice cream cone selection

Fantastic burgers definitely not your 'run of the mill ' food. Locally sourced meat with top quality chef who prepares them. Local buns. All served freshly cooked with salad and fries. Delicious. Wine and a beer if you wish it. Service with a smile and a loyalty card. What more. Dont pass this little gem but give it a try. You will be back....

When we arrived Daniel realised we were English and carefully explained the menu options. Patty was very attentive and we enjoyed a chat with them as we ate our meal. The beef in my burger was of the highest quality and my wife really enjoyed her veggie burger. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

We were hungry, it was late, it was open. It was wonderful! They redefined cheeseburger for me. No kidding! It 's worth going out of your way for. Truly, I can 't recommend it enough.

A great find in Loches. The burgers were freshly cooked and tested amazing. The service was very friendly making for an excellent evening.
